Over 25 years of experience assisting executives maximize their investments in information technology.  Experiences include designing and building solutions that generated over $3 Billion USD in revenue, leading/influencing industry standards, and buy-side/sell-side roles in the software market. 

Standards experiences include: Invited Expert with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), Chair of the OASIS Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) Technical Committee, contributor to ebXML, UDDI, RosettaNet, UN/CEFACT, X12, and various vertical industry standards.

Contributor to articles, books, and conferences on integration and distributed systems. Former Editor-in-Chief of XML Journal and the Journal of the International Association of Software Architects (IASA).
